Sorrento Wood Fired is a family owned business fronted by experienced restaurateurs Vito and Angela Lepore, with assistance from their son Marco. The goal of the Lepore family, through Sorrento Wood Fired, is to provide a traditional Italian experience to it’s customers.
Head Chef, and business owner, Vito wishes to expand on his success at his previous establishment, Via Roma at Epping, by bringing fresh, authentic and passionate eatery experience to the peoples of Concord and Breakfast Point.
It is the belief of the Lepore family that in order to provide authentic Italian food the pursuit does not stop simply at the ingredients, but also must include the tools as well. Such as the use of traditional Wood Fired ovens to really capture the traditional, and full flavors of authentic Pizzas.
